I realize the package I chose is not the right one for me. What do I do?
Contact your Account Manager and let them know if you need more or less hours per month. They will change your plan immediately. No fees or complications.
When does the money come off my account?
The first day of your billing cycle. Which is the monthly anniversary of the day you sign up with us. In other words, you pay for each month upfront.
I want to cancel my subscription. What is the notice period and what are the costs?
No fees or complications. Contact your Account Manager and let them know when you would like to cancel your account. They will ensure your account is closed on the requested date.
What happens if I need more hours?
You can use as many hours as you need. You can ask your virtual assistant if they have additional time to assist. They normally do. If they don’t then we will arrange a backup virtual assistant for you. These additional hours will be added to your next bill.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours?
Unused hours can be used in the following month*. However, they expire at the end of that month. Example: You have a 30 hour package, and in January you only use 25 hours, you will therefore have 35 hours (30+5) to use in February. At the end of February, the 5 hours will fall away if not used. *This is not applicable on the 15 hour
package, which hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.Do I pay extra if I have an extra assistant work on my account?
No. With the exception of the 15 hour package, which will require a surcharge.
Do I need to pay or contribute anything other than my set subscription amount?
No, nothing. That is one of the many benefits of our service.
Can my wife or colleague also delegate to my virtual assistant?
Absolutely. As long as pre-approved by you.
How do you choose a virtual assistant for me?
After you get in touch with us, we will set up a discovery call. During this time, we chat about what items you need help with, during what hours, how often etc. We talk about what industry you work in, what traits and skills are important to you, and your working style. Following that we choose a virtual assistant that meets all of these criteria.
What is the benefit of a remote virtual assistant through myVA360?
There are so many. You do not need to search for a candidate, go through interviews and references checks etc. You do not need to provide them with office space, hardware and software, licences etc. You do not need to micromanage their whereabouts or working hours. You do not need to conduct performance reviews or manage their career growth. You do not need to concern yourself with payroll, health insurance etc. You do not need to pay for leave and sick days. Should your virtual assistant plan a vacation, we will provide a back-up virtual assistant so you always have support. They have the skills and experience you need, and both you and they have our consistent support.
What happens if I do not think my virtual assistant is the right fit?
Contact your Account Manager as soon as possible to inform them of your concerns. We will then find a replacement virtual assistant for you.
