What are the benefits of hiring a VA?

What is the exact process — how does it work?
You get in touch with us, we have a call to discuss your exact needs and preferences, we arrange a meeting between yourself and a VA we have selected to suit your needs and working style, assess your suitability during a
4 hour free trial, and then all going to plan – your contract begins.Is there a sign up fee?
There is no sign up fee.
How do I cancel the service?

What is your refund policy?
You can receive a full refund within the first 14 days of signing up.
What happens after I sign up?
After you sign up, you will go through our onboarding process and start collaborating with your VA. We’ll make sure you know exactly how to start delegating.
How do I keep track of my hours?
Every week your VA will send you a report of their activities – showing what they did and how long it took. At the end of each billing cycle you will again be sent a “time sheet” showing what has been done during that cycle. Everything is transparent and trackable.
How does billing work?
We are a subscription-based service. Your first invoice is due at the commencement of the service. We will then charge you on the same day every month, unless you cancel your subscription.
What happens if I need more support than I’ve prepaid for? Can I receive more hours?
You can add more hours at the same hourly price as your current plan.
Do I pay extra if I need to work with more than one VA?
No, you can at any time request additional VAs to assist with tasks. These can be long or short term. (However, on a 15 Hour package, you will need to pay a surcharge for this service.)
How do I work with my VA?
Your VA will adjust to any platform and software you use for work and communication.
Can my VA have an email account with my company (e.g. sally@mycompany.com)?
Yes; in fact, we highly recommend this practice because it allows your VA to seamlessly integrate with your organization and become part of your team.
How do you ensure confidentiality?
We sign a mutual NDA with all of our clients.
How safe is my information?
We use various security measures to keep your accounts safe, including ExpressVPN, LastPass, Duo Security, Spinbackup, and Avast.
How does holiday cover work?
Should your VA go on holiday, they will inform you in advance. You then have the option of waiting for them to return, or having us appoint you a temporary VA in their place. You only pay for hours worked.
Can I meet my VA in person?
No, we do not provide in-person meetings at this time.
Can my VA attend physical events and meetings with me?
No; we do not provide this kind of support at this time.
