If you lack any competitive advantage, people will have no reason to choose you over existing solutions.

Outline Your Finances

Your business needs to bring in enough revenue to make your venture sustainable. A business plan should address how exactly you’ll make money along with what kinds of returns you can expect to see. In addition, you’ll need to specify the funds you’ll need to start the business — and where you’ll gain these funds.
